Commission kicks off the European Semester 2018 with high focus on the European Pillar of Social Rights

On 22 November, the European Commission kicked off the European Semester for 2018 by releasing the Annual Growth Survey, Joint Employment Report and the new Employment Guidelines. ROCKs living lab in Eindhoven

The tech savvy city of Eindhoven hosted the second work-shadowing visit of ROCK, which focused on the living lab approach to urban innovation, mastered by the city. The three ROCK replicator cities Bologna, Lisbon and Skopje got inspired by this method of trial and error and got concrete recommendations and tips on how to transfer Eindhoven's good practices to their local context.

Urban Agenda for the EU: a report to show the first year of implementation

On 20th November 2017, the European Commission presented to the Council its first report on the Implementation of the Urban Agenda for the EU. The purpose of the report is to describe the initial stage of implementation and the preliminary results of the Urban Agenda for the EU until October 2017.
